These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buzzable event engagement platform ("Buzzable" or the "Platform"), provided by Boonoob Inc. ("Boonoob," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Buzzable, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use Buzzable.
1.1 You must create an account to access certain features of Buzzable. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
1.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.1 Buzzable is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using Buzzable, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2.2 You agree to use Buzzable only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Buzzable in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform, or interfere with any other party's use of Buzzable.
2.3 You may not use Buzzable to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful, including but not limited to the posting or transmission of any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
3.1 You retain ownership of any content that you post or transmit on Buzzable ("User Content"). By posting or transmitting User Content on Buzzable, you grant Boonoob a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of Buzzable.
3.2 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the foregoing license with respect to any User Content that you post or transmit on Buzzable.
3.3 Boonoob reserves the right to remove, edit, or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.
4.1 All content, features, and functionality available on Buzzable, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Boonoob or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content available on Buzzable without the express written permission of Boonoob.
5.1 Boonoob may terminate or suspend your access to Buzzable, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
5.2 Upon termination or suspension, your right to access and use Buzzable will immediately cease, and you must immediately cease all use of Buzzable and delete any downloaded or printed materials obtained from Buzzable.
6.1 Boonoob reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
