Boonoob Inc. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Boonoob Inc. ("Boonoob," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Buzzable event engagement platform ("Buzzable" or the "Platform"). By accessing or using Buzzable, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Boonoob grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Buzzable for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Buzzable;
• remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on Buzzable;
• use Buzzable in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform;
• use Buzzable to engage in any unlawful or harmful conduct;
• use Buzzable to violate the rights of any third party;
• use Buzzable to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
• use Buzzable to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;
• use Buzzable in any way that violates the terms of this Agreement.

3. Ownership

Buzzable, including all content, features, and functionality available on the Platform, is the property of Boonoob or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to Buzzable.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Boonoob may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Buzzable and delete any downloaded or printed materials obtained from Buzzable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Buzzable is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Boonoob does not warrant that Buzzable will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects in Buzzable will be corrected. Your use of Buzzable is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Boonoob be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Buzzable, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Boonoob regarding your use of Buzzable, superseding any prior agreements between you and Boonoob.
